My apologies for lobbing an unintended bomb re Ellington & OKOM.

My recent note got some reactions to that.

But so far I have not seen an answer to the question about the four-note tag he used on 
many recordings:

    For years I have wondered (not a lot, but some) what the chord sequence is for 
    the trademark 4-note tag he used on many recordings.

Anyone know and is willing to share?
