[Dixielandjazz] Turk at Carnegie

As was I and it was indeed a memorable night.  Turk had told me to come 
to the stage door and was I shocked to find that we would be sitting on 
the stage. It was a great evening and it continued next door at The 
Russian Tea Room where the inestimable Mr. Ringwald was also ensconced.
