[Dixielandjazz] Atlanta Blues / Make Me A Pallet On The Floor

Handy's anthology includes:
"Atlanta blues (Make me one pallet on your floor)".
First 16 bars is the Verse, next 16 are labelled "Chorus". There's also an
8-bar "Patter", which is actually an ending. Atlanta is clearly the theme
of both parts.

Tune is credited to WC Handy and Dave Elman. However, a note says it was
based on 2 traditional tunes
