Gee!  I didn't think my question was that obtuse.  Let me put it more
plainly: 

Which is the correct title for this tune?  Is it "Aunt Hagar's Blues" or is
it "Aunt Hagar's Children's Blues?"  

And is there any relationship that anyone is aware of between the above tune
and "Hooking Cow Blues" -- any relationship beyond W. C. Handy taking a
strain from "Hooking Cow Blues" (written in or before 1917) and using it
again in his own "Aunt Hagar's [Children's?] Blues in 1920 or '21?

I apologize for mis-typing the title in my original note.  It's "Hooking Cow
Blues."
