     Yes, FAR more important than music stands, or (come to think of 
it) even music, are drink-holders that attach to music or microphone 
stands.  We in the Scholz Garten Wurst Band could not achieve our 
expected level of performance without these devices to hold our 
all-important mouth-moistening beverages.
     Giardinelli's has a number of such items (i myself bought the K & 
M Drink Holder, and it works great):
