[Dixielandjazz] the trombone as an orthodontic tool

A local trombone player went to the dentist and had very expensive implants
put in. These were the kind that are on posts that screw into the bone.
Trouble was air leaked under them and blew up his top lip like balloon. I
don't know what they did but he got the problem fixed.
