[Dixielandjazz] Soprano (Ukulele) banjo movie star? Final answer (I think)

Thanks to you all - I will mention all the names if my listener calls  
back.
I also first thought of Rudy Vallee and Ukulele Ike, but George  
Formby is probably the most correct choice. He specifically played  
the Soprano Banjo more than the Ukulele, as far as I can learn.
