[Dixielandjazz] Listing of Tunes/Authors/Dates on the Internet

I can send anyone who asks a .dbf (database) of the Anderson index. I 
reworked the original done by Cal Owen so it's more manageable. It can be 
imported into spreadsheet programs such as EXCEL.
