[Dixielandjazz] Jazz District proposed for N.O.

I like this idea.  New orleans will be rebuilt, and it is obvious that it 
will be different than before.  Will it include some OKOM?  Is there enough 
interest in OKOM to make it profitable?  Will the clubs be privately owned and thus 
subject to be profitable to survive?  Too many Questions and to little time.
