I heard recently through a classical list that the 23 Dec deadline for 
giving up their instruments was extended, or somesuch.  One can only 
hope that it gets extended to the point that the court will realise it 
made a damn fool decision in the first place!  If you're fired, you're 
fired!  Don't revengefully bring down your fellow musicians by stealing 
their instruments, even if you think they deserve it, etc!,
