malls would certainly go out of business, at least in the states anyway.  >>

Hi, maybe. But we have a phemenon here called `hoodies`. That is kids who 
wear a garment like an anorak. When I used to wear one it was the done thing 
to wear the hood hanging down the back. Now it is cool to wear the hood 
covering the head. Perhaps to stop CCTV cameras identifying the wearer.
However one of our largest Malls concluded that customers were feeling 
intimidated by gangs of these `hoodies`, even when they were not causing 
trouble. So they banned anyone wearing a hood.

Sales in the Mall went up by 22%.
