Hi Ted. You might want to subscribe to Four String Banjo Mailing List,
which apparently is the leading tenor-plectrum list. All sorts of helpful
folks who answer questions on the smallest technical matters, including
fixing cases, plus tips on playing.

Many denizens of that list use Vinnie Mondelo (who's on the list) for
repairs.
