[Dixielandjazz] set ups

I know this was discussed exhaustively a year or so ago - probably many
times, in fact, over the years, but the archive search is down, so I wonder
if I could get a short answer to the eternal set up question.  That is, with
piano, drums, banjo, and bass on the back line, what order gives the best
results?

 

We have tpt, tbone, and clarinet on the front line.
