[Dixielandjazz] Duff Campbell's Revenge

Where can one get hold of a copy of Turk Murphy's arrangement of
Murphy's "Duff Campbell's Revenge?"  I have a lead sheet, from the
Anderson Collection, but the leader of one of the bands I sub for is
looking for the arrangement.  

Is there a good source for this and other Turk Murphy tunes, both
originals and arrangements?
