For those who don't know how the voting works I will explain:

Those telephone lines coming in and emails too if that is how they do
it, are total B.S.
I know a couple of the contestants who were voted off and I know how
and why they got voted off.

You see each contestant has a family and friends list that they recruit
to sit and call in as many times as possible for as long as they can on
voting nights, I heard one cousin of a singer tell how he had his
telephone speed dial programmed to the voting number and got in 91
votes before the deadline. Now if they all have their friends and
family doing this, which most of them do then it is not a matter of
skill and professionalism at all but still just a numbers game.

One singer that I work with was removed form the competition when none
of her family and friends could get thru on the telephone lines to vote
all during the voting time. They got nothing but busy signals. hummm
so that night no votes ! sorry go home the other singer is more
popular. It ain't what it seems to be but the Public does not have a
clue, which is why they keep watching it, and hoping their favorite
singer wins the Lottery. It ain't a lottery at all, it's much worse.
:)) I'd say it's more like a crooked Roulette Wheel in Vegas.
Their ain't no FAIR contest.

Cheers,

Tom Wiggins

   Hi, all...
Well, the show was very interesting this week - they all were required
to
do standards! The problem is when they let the viewers select the
winners
and losers. A girl named Pickler completely blew her song, wound up on
the
wrong beat, etc. and yet still made the cut, while a guy named Ace who
sang
"That's All" and did a splendid job, was cut! It gets down to being
more
of a popularity contest, than a measure of talent and vocal ability. I
think even the judges were stunned.
All the Best,
Steve Heist
