It is a great booklet that will help you generate gigs in those areas. Pay
particular attention to those facilities called CCRCs (Continuing Care
Retirement Communities) They provide MANY OPPORTUNITIES for PAYING GIGS for
OKOM. The residents grew up with this music and the facilities are mostly
upscale having entertainment budgets.

If anyone wants help about how to approach these facilities, write me off
list. These are usually 1 hour gigs during week nights.
