Lowell, that mad ole dawg, wrote :

Bill is one of DJML's greatest treasures, on numerous occasions he has
helped me out with some pretty esoteric stuff which at the time I thought
might tax even his wealth of knowledge.

I should have known better! Bill - many, if not all of us are profoundly
grateful for your invaluable presence on the list, long may it continue.
