[Dixielandjazz] Printable CD's

I may have missed it, but has anyone mentioned who makes these printable CD's, how much they cost, and where they can be obtained?  

By the way, I have used CD Stomper with no problems, except that the paper labels can cause problems in the car CD player.  I even heard an apocryphal horror story about such a CD being jammed in the car player, a problem requiring in an expensive solution.
