The monthly Jazz Sunday concert of the Sacramento Traditional Jazz Society
will take place this Sunday, April 9 at the Dante Club, 2330 Fair Oaks Blvd,
Sacramento, CA, noon - 5:00 PM.

The public is welcome -- Members $7.00, non-members $12.00.

The featured guest star will be Bria Skonberg, the young trumpet player from
Vancouver, BC.  Bria is the leader of the all-girl band, Mighty Aphrodite 
which has been
recently taking the Jazz festival circuit by storm.

As usual, there will be continuous Jazz in three rooms throughout the day.

Opening the day on the Main Stage WILL BE A QUARTET OF YOUTH MUSICIANS LED
BY GUITARIST Nahum Zdybel.

Ms Skonberg will be featured on the 2nd & 4th
sets, 12:50 & 3:00 PM.

the third set at 2:00 PM will feature the Yosemite Jazz Band.

The 5th set will be led by trumpeter Jason Au.

There will be plenty of food and your favorite beverages available.
