I read about the same problems here in Holland for choirs. Most of them 
simply cancel their visits to the USA as it is unpayble for amateurs and 
even for pros.
In this way the sympathy for America is becoming lower and lower. Is it 
really necessary to be so severe, it looks like panic reactions to me.
