[Dixielandjazz] Pat Cooke in New Orleans

Pat called me this evening and asked me to pass on the information that he 
finally got to see his home and it's pretty much destroyed, along with most 
of his instruments that he couldn't take when him when he evacuated.  He is 
still at his friend's home in Metairie and may have power back on in the 
next few days, no mail, no banks open, no real food except crackers, MREs, 
etc.  His spirits are as good as possible under the circumstances.
