There is a company specializing in reroofing in the hurricane zone. Here is

Aduddell Roofing Inc. and Carothers Construction, Inc. have recently formed
a new joint venture agreement to work with the USACE to provide this
temporary roofing; subsequently, on Saturday, September 3, 2005, joint venture

Engineers (USACE) for $10,000,000. The initial task order from the USACE
covers the Mississippi counties of Pearl River, Hancock, Harrison and Jackson to
provide temporary roofing due to the damage caused by Hurricane Katrina.

roofing missions in 2004, during Operation Blue Roof, specifically after
Hurricanes Frances, Jeanne and Ivan devastated Florida. With more than 200 crews
working daily, the Carothers/Aduddell team installed over 14,000,000 square feet
of temporary roofing in the aftermath of these hurricanes.
Carothers Construction, Inc. has been performing Federal contracts for
decades, including multiple contracts for the USACE through several districts such
as Savannah, Mobile, Jacksonville, Omaha, Ft. Worth, and others. Carothers
has been a recognized as an industry leader since its inception in 1956.
