I've got one of his signature LeBlanc trumpets, and it's clear that the horn 
was built to his sound. It is lighter than and brighter than my Schilke, 
which is saying a whole lot. In addition that huge .470 bore helps with 
those decending intervals he dropped in every now and then. It's sad that 
he's gone, and sadder still that he is not remembered. I'd love to play like 
that for one afternoon.
