Audrey,
         What's done is done, but I really don't think the board meeting 
should have been moved. As I said earlier, it makes no difference to me (I 
may not be there anyway), but when I gave the okay I didn't know that (a) 
you will be out of town and (b) Howard also will be absent. Carol and I are 
the only ones who regularly attend the first-Thursday 219 seance, and I 
would be surprised if board members head en masse to the Tom Fischer 
benefit. Those who do plan to go could have signed up for the second show.
