[Dixielandjazz] verse of "The Blackbottom"

Does anybody have the sheet music with the original words for the verse of this song? The words below were extracted from a rather unclear recording by Annette Hanshaw rec'd: Sept. 12, 1926, New York, for Pathe Actuelle. It is certainly not intended for public performance but, Ian Smith who is writing notes for a CD cover needs to make accurate reference to the words of the whole song.
