[Dixielandjazz] Steve Gibson's Redcaps

Hello all

I've just seen on TV an RKO B movie of 1950 called "Destination murder". It
has 2 nice nightclub scenes which include a small group known as Steve
Gibson's Redcaps. It's an interesting combo - a lead singer (?Steve Gibson)
who plays snare drum standing-up; soprano sax; electric guitar; piano; and
string bass.

Does anyone have any info on this group?
