[Dixielandjazz] Tuning, not strings

The trombone player can facilitate a vibrato using the lips/jaw so it's not necessary to leave a gap. I can do it either way and it won't put me out of tune if I don't leave a gap in first.

  I read somewhere that the trombone should tune up in first position but will a little gap to allow for vibrato.
