[Dixielandjazz] "Several Pieces of Skin!"

Hello

A couple of friends have been looking for the title of
a jazz piece by, I think George Lewis, with the words
in a line "....And several pieces of skin...". 

Does anyone know the title of the piece? Would
appreciate help in solving this mystery. Been
wondering about it for years.
