Hi Rae Ann,

Thanks for signing our mailing list.

As far as the piano goes, I am most influenced by James Booker...love  
his music and groove. We've listened to a lot of Turk Murphy,  
Preservation Hall Jazz Band/Olympia Brass Band, Rebirth Brass Band,  
and some "Best of Dixieland" collections. I also like the New Orleans  
Jazz of trumpeter Leroy Jones.... oh, and our tuba player has turned  
us on to Uncle Yoke's Black Dog Jazz Band. One can only hope to play  
as well as them, wow.
