[Dixielandjazz] Antique& unique Banjo

Hi Listmates,

 

A colleague of mine wants to sell his antique/unique banjo.

 

It is a 5 string, American Washburn, finished by Dallas in London about
1900.  Mother of pearl inlay neck, ornagely (whatever that means, I am not a
banjo player) engraved, nickel plated brass rim and Trims, carved heel.  All
in original tan leather hard case.  He wants offers around $2200 Australian
Dollars.

Alan Bruce.  I also have colour photographs which can be emailed to any
interested party off-line.  There is no middle man deal for me; I'm just
doing a favour for an old friend.
