Hello Luis,

As far as my notes go, only Teddy Weatherford played on this recording.

He was born in Bluefield, West Virginia September 9th, 1903, and died aged 41 on April 25th, 1945 in Calcutta.

He started playing piano aged four. He moved to New Orleans in 1915,and became a professional musician two years later (aged 14!).

He moved to Chicago in 1920 and played in Erskine Tate's orchestra 1925-26 at the Vendome Theatre. He moved with Jack Carter's Orchestra to California in 1926 and later to the Far East where he stayed until he died of cholera, except for one visit to the World Fair in Paris in 1937 where he recorded some piano solos. His other recordings are with Erskine Tate and Jimmy Wade.

Cheers

Bob Smith
