When I think of flashers, I can't help but remember a line from a Steve
Martin movie that gives me a giggle:

Bernadette Peters is approached by a flasher who does his thing, to which
she replies (paraphrased), "Oh, look at that! Just like a penis, only
smaller!" :-)
