Dear Bill & Gerard:

Probably correct. I do not have the original sheet music, but I do have a
piano book of 18 Gershwin Compositions, arranged by him. The tune is among
them and is entitled:

'S Wonderful

Probably because the first letter of most song titles is usually upper case.
