I've never heard an OKOM jazz and poetry combination. Has anyone out
there done or heard it?

Hi Charles,

There are a couple of collections of John Betjemans poems with musical acc.
around. They were issued on LP`s.
There is no `improvisation` and most of the music is definitely not OKOM but
some of it has a good beat with an OKOM group set up. Very listenable.

The poems are read by Betjeman. If you are not familiar with his stuff try
it. You are in for a treat.

Cheers

Pat
