Great points Dave, and right to the mark of additional things going on that 
some of us may not always be aware of without being involved in the school 
process daily.

I love the part about the PEP BAND, makes perfect sense too.  Give young 
folks some musical freedom of expression and wild things can and do happen, :)) 
real music comes out miraculously sometimes.

Maybe that is how we got Rock and Roll huh?
