I don't know the exact numbers of which schools are good and which are 
not(there are far too many factor to get into), but I do know that 
public schools across the country are failing to educate our children at 
an alarming rate. This results in less attention being paid to the arts.



  In some schools it is, but in more schools it ain't! "Poorly taught,
