[Dixielandjazz] Pronunciation and Reinhart

Tomorrow - in my weekly radio jazz show here - I'll play some tracks from 
Randy Reinhart's new Arbors CD (wonderful music!!) but I'd like to know how 
to pronounce the drummer's surname: Tony DeNicola. Which syllable should be 
emphasized: NI or CO?
I'm so enthousiastic now about Randy Reinhart, also after having read the 
interview in the May issue of Jazz Journal International, that I'd like to 
contact him about the possibility of compuiling his discography. Does 
anybody know if he has an e-mail address or - if not - can I get his postal 
address?
