For that cheap group of clowns, if I played the gig at all, the 4th instrument would
either be a bagpipe,an accordian, or an alpine horn.
 It would serve them right !!
And (as the "Happy Days Are Here Again" gives away the identity of the party,) I'd
probably paraphrase another existing tune, retitled as:
"Donkeys may come and Donkeys may go, but the Horseshit goes on forever."
