Bob, that tune was written by David Thomas Roberts.  I have heard him 
perform it.  This was maybe 20 years ago in Los Angeles.  Also in CO 
somewhere.

I have not heard of him for quite a while.  I don't know if he is still 
playing, recording or even still alive.

Did you try googling him?

Some of the Ragtime folks may have a handle on where he is or where you can 
obtain the sheet music.
