[Dixielandjazz] Daddy Do

Does anyone have the 1924 sheet music of "Daddy do"? I think Anderson might
have used it, but I have questions about some chords. 

There was apparently only one early record of it--at least that's all
Rust's "Jazz Records" lists--before Lu Watters et all revived it: 
Kitty Irwin, 1924, not on any available CD, and apparently it was her only
record, which is too bad, because she sounds pretty good.
