[Dixielandjazz] Info on Fresno Festival

On the left side, click "festivals" and then scroll down to February.  The American Rag seems to have missed this one, and the festival's web site is ancient history.  Too bad, because it's a good festival (we'll be there with DJML badge on, even if we have to swim).
