WELL WE ALWASY USED OURS TO BAT THE FRUITS AND VEGGIES BACK TO THE 
AUDIENCE. :))

Funny thing however, when the banjo player quit,  they stopped throwing 
fruit and veggies at us.

Last I heard of him, he was batting 500 at the local cricket matches.

Dick Baker's interesting post on the banjo history exhibit was very
informative. However, he opened up a can of worms with the quote in the 
last
paragraph:

This ought to bring a flood of messages regarding the "real role" of 
banjos
in a jazz ensemble!!
