Hi Mike,

things should be always simple?

I had a guy who managed one of my paint/decorating stores. I found that he 
was running a shop of his own on the side so I fired him.
The trouble was he woudn`t stay fired. He kept coming to work as if nothing 
had happened. I think he was afraid to tell his wife he had been fired and 
had to leave the house as normal every day.

I think it took nearly three weeks before the message finally got through to 
him.
