[Dixielandjazz] PR for Mardi Gras gig this year

Having a few MG things going on here in New Mexico in Feb.  Wondering if any
of you smart folks have any ideas about killer promos.  Things like "Show
Katrina she can't Dampen our Spirits" and "Show FEMA how to Manage a
Disaster", except better, of course.
