If you are in the Philadelphia, PA USA area, during September, here are a
couple of Dixieland gigs you might consider.

(1) The Laurels International Combined Driving Event & Autumn Celebration
Landhope Farm, West Grove PA Horse & Carriage 3 day Competition Sep 9 - 11.
Just a mile from US Route 1.

Plus Boutique Shopping (Horsy stuff & Country Items including antiques)
Priced from $5 to $10,000 and up.

Plus Sheep Herding Demonstrations & Polo Demonstrations Sep 10 & 11.

Plus a JAZZ CONCERT by BARBONE STREET featuring 10 year old jazz violinist
JONATHAN RUSSELL Sat & Sun, Sept 10 & 11. Noon to 3 PM. We'll be by the
"Farmhouse" Restaurant tent. (Excellent food & drink available from this
crown jewel of the Chester County restaurants)

Fun for the entire family. $10 per car. Rain or Shine - Outdoors

(2) Longwood Gardens Jazz Concert. September 27, 2 PM to 3 PM. Admission of
$10 covers both Garden admission and concert. Kennett Square, PA., This is a
beautiful venue with world famous gardens etc. Former duPont Estate covering
several hundred acres. Come to band venue early. Only 450 seats and it is
usually jam packed, SRO.
