Ah yes but they charge much more than $5.00 for five hours of 
Professional music, for admission do they not?

Perhaps folks with horses have a greater appreciation and value for 
Jazz than preservation types  humm.   perhaps since they have learned 
that the cost for a bale of Hay has gone up many fold since 1930 they 
have adjusted their cost of business accordingly to continue putting on 
Quality rather than quantity style events.


Puyleeeez folks, enjoy my music while I am still alive to play it, 
don't wait till I am dead and gone to preserve what you never went to 
see LIVE.  It just won't be the same.  There will never be a phonograph 
needle made again good enough to recreate the LIVE sound of a Big Ole 
Hot Damn honest to goodness Brass Band playing at full tilt boogie.

   Gosh what awful porta potties you folks use on the left coast.

Here in the East, most of our events have separate but equal Porta 
potties
for each sex. Women get twice as many units as men.

Not only that, but the Combined Driving Event (CDE) for horses and 
carriages
where Barbone Street has performed for the past 15 years includes 
several
Self Contained Bathroom Vans. One end for Men, the other for Women. (who
also get a larger area) They are electrically powered, with running 
water,
flush toilets and air conditioning.

Even Jonathan Russell was impressed by them last year. He can hardly 
wait to
do this 2 day gig again. September 9, 10 & 11 for Horsey Set Combined
Driving Enthusiasts, and 10th & 11th for the music and Border Collie
Shepherding trials as well as the Driving competition Marathon & Cones.

Ah, the good life here in beautiful Chester County PA.
