Wim,
A manner to solve the problem where to put on the shelve by ´´subjects or
theme´´ and help your memory is to have a ´´scale of values´´. It means
Armstrong value more than blues, so if you have a ´´Chimes blues´´ and you
value more Armstrong then blues, you put on the shelve of Armstrong.
Now, the mayor collector on this list ( Bill) and my friend Clive Smith in New
Orleans just store the CD by number, not by subject. On the other hand, George
Buck, a mayor collector and producer store his huge collection by subject.
