As a further comment on the RIAA, check the website below.
The RIAA wants the right to hack into your computer and use whatever means 
it sees fit to delete your mp3 tracks.  They want immunization from 
prosecution if they put a virus into your system, or destroy your hard 
drive, or whatever.  This is an evil, vicious group of people.
