Yes indeed. Krupa's "Rockin' Chair" was originally issued on OK 6352, and
was also on Columbia C-6247. A hasty error on my part in reading from the LP
details. 
In the late 30s Columbia and Okeh, under CBS ownership, belonged to the same
stable.
The Columbia label had been reactivated in 1939 and they revived the old
Okeh label in 1940.
However, "Rockin' Chair" WAS recorded, in New York, on 2 July 1941.
The band then toured and recorded in Chicago on 18 August 1941.
It would seem that the Proper Box CD compiler has misread his discography.
Something which came up regarding Proper Box a little while back on the
DJML.
