[Dixielandjazz] Jazz in Palm Springs.

Sorry to be absent so long but may have more time to spend back on list now 
that I'm officially retired.
I was a guest artist on piano and bass with Igor's Jazz Cowboys at Sweet & 
Hot  in LA and at Big Bear CA festivals this month.  It was nice to be able 
to perform outside of the Palm Springs, CA area for a change.  While its not 
always jazz, I enjoyed working with Igor.  Maybe the non-jazz elements added 
to my enjoyment.  It's not every day that I get to play piano in the key of 
E natural.  He's got some fine players with him.  "Big John," his 
reed/trumpet man, could play with any jazz group anywhere!  Igor swings too! 
A VERY talented man.

My Y1K (We really play the oldies!) Jazz Band will be performing from 1-4pm 
on Sunday, October 17th for the Dixieland Jazz Society of the Desert's 
monthly meeting at the Palm Springs American Legion.  If you're in the
